Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2–3 working days)

International: Royal Mail International Tracked (estimated 3–7 working days)

For international deliveries, we recommend checking your tracking information with both Royal Mail and your local postal service.

International Orders

All customs charges, import duties, or taxes that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Postal services in your country may require these fees to be paid before your order is delivered or released. Ensure your delivery address is correct and allow extra time for your order to arrive, as customs may occasionally cause delays.

USA Customers

Prints shipped to the United States are exempt from import tariffs (HS Code 9702.90), so no additional customs fees are payable by the customer. From 29 August 2025, all parcels must go through U.S. customs. Minor delays may occur while customs adjusts to the new rules, but customers can order with confidence that there will be no extra costs from import duties. Any small handling fees applied by Royal Mail for customs clearance are covered by Hally & Christy Prints, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free delivery.

Some U.S. states may apply local sales or use taxes, which are determined by state law and are the responsibility of the customer. Customers should monitor their email for shipping updates and check spam/junk folders if needed.

Sales to the European Union 

We continue to sell to customers in the European Union and are actively monitoring any further developments related to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). All items sent to the EU are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked, which partners with local postal services in each country. Please check tracking updates from both Royal Mail and your local postal service.
