Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
UK: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (estimated 2–3 working days)
International: Royal Mail International Tracked (estimated 3–7 working days)
For international deliveries, we recommend checking your tracking information with both Royal Mail and your local postal service.
International Orders
All customs charges, import duties, or taxes that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Postal services in your country may require these fees to be paid before your order is delivered or released. Ensure your delivery address is correct and allow extra time for your order to arrive, as customs may occasionally cause delays.
USA Customers
Prints shipped to the United States are classified under HS Code 9702.90 and generally clear customs without import duties, so no additional customs charges are usually incurred.
We cover any small export or customs handling charges applied at dispatch, so the checkout total is the final price paid for shipping.
Local state taxes (if applicable) are set by U.S. law and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking updates are sent by email after dispatch; please check spam or junk folders if needed.
European Union (EU) & EEA Deliveries
Direct Shipping: Due to EU regulatory requirements (including the Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation - PPWR, and General Product Safety Regulation - GPSR), we do not offer direct shipping to EU or EEA member states through our website checkout.
Third-Party Parcel Forwarding: EU customers wishing to purchase prints are welcome to arrange delivery using an independent UK-based parcel forwarding service (such as Forward2Me or UKPostbox).
Terms: Please note that we are not affiliated with, nor do we directly endorse or guarantee, any third-party parcel forwarding provider. Our delivery obligations and liability strictly conclude upon confirmed delivery to the UK forwarding address. Any onward international transit, customs declarations, and local import taxes are managed independently between the buyer and their chosen provider.
